- New naming scheme
  - TextNode instead of NodeText
  - CallExpr instead of ExprCall
  - ...
- Less glob imports
- Removes Value::Args variant
- Removes prelude
- Renames Layouted to Fragment
- Moves font into env

- Moves frame into separate module
