add missing text_transform (& other font properties) in theming guide
- add text_transform key where missing
- move text_transform key immediately after font_style key
- add keys for font properties where missing (sidebar, example, lead)
- add padding key to example block
- fix incorrect examples in abstract block
- document (or correct) additional default values
- minor revisions
