T.P.Citeproc.Locator: update `sub verbo` to `sub-verbo`.
This is a change in the term's canonical name in citeproc.
As a result of this change, `sub verbo` locators have not worked
in pandoc since citeproc 0.7.
This patch fixes `sub verbo`.
Closes #8315.
