LaTeX reader: improve treatment of cref, Cref.
Associate with `\cref` and `\Cref` the reference-type `ref+label` and
`ref+Label`. So far we don't do anything fancy with these.
Also, associate with `\vref` `ref` instead of `ref+page`.
See #7463.
