Enable `citations` extension for docx reader.
When enabled, Zotero citations are parsed as native pandoc
citations. (When disabled, the Zotero-generated citation
text is passed through as regular text.) In addition, the
Zotero-generated bibliography is suppressed.
Locators still need some work.
