Ensure that automatically set variables ...
`pandoc-version`, `outputfile`, `title-prefix`, `epub-cover-image`,
`curdir`, `dzslides-core` can be overridden by `--variable` on the
command line.
Previously they would create lists in the template Context,
which is not desirable.
