More Typst writer improvements.
+ Update manual with variables for Typst.
+ Split `lang` metadata into separate `lang` and `region` for Typst.
+ Fix label positioning in Divs.
+ Fix text customizations (lang, region, font, size) so they actually
work.
+ Update tests and man page.
