Syntax functions 🚀

This adds overridable functions that markup desugars into. Specifically:
- \ desugars into linebreak
- Two newlines desugar into parbreak
- * desugars into strong
- _ desugars into emph
- = .. desugars into heading
- `..` desugars into raw
